this individual prepares standard quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.

on any given day, you'll make a difference by: assisting in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
participating in the inspection and testing of products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
collecting and compiling statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
supporting the engineering team in tracking the progress and outcomes of quality testing.
helping in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
collaborating with the production team to ensure that quality control measures are being properly implemented.
assisting in the preparation and updating of documentation necessary for regulatory submissions and audits.
participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
maintaining records of testing, information, and various metrics such as defect rates and root cause analyses.
providing administrative and technical support to senior quality engineers in various projects.
what will help you thrive in this role?
bachelor of science degree in quality, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering (required) entry level to 2 years of experience in quality engineering or similar role (preferred) 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred) undergraduate or graduate business courses preferred basic understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies
