Your responsibilities will include:monitoring team performance, call quality, and key operational metricssupporting and guiding operators to improve results and productivitydistributing workload and managing daily team operationsparticipating in recruitment processes alongside hronboarding and training new team memberscreating schedules, tracking reports, and helping improve internal processesidentifying operational challenges proactively and implementing solutions? What we're looking forwe're seeking someone proactive, organized, and people-oriented who can confidently lead a remote team.requirements:+6 months of experience leading or supervising teamsbackground in call centers, sales, customer support, or retentionexperience managing kpis, schedules, and operational workflowsfamiliarity with crm systemsstrong communication and problem-solving skillsability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyspanish proficiency (native or c1+)english level b1+ (for communication with management and international teams)?
