About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager (Mid-Level) to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, sales execution, and business development initiatives. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, increasing sales, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize customer acquisition channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- English level B2 (able to communicate effectively in business settings).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: $19,000 – $25,000 MXN bruto mensual.
- Attractive commission scheme: 4% per sale.
