The Human Resource (Associate) Specialist will support current recruitment and payroll operations in Tijuana while collaborating closely with the headquarters. This role involves hiring and onboarding talent, as well as ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws.
Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment: Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies for the Mexican market, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers in both Mexico and Taiwan, and handling onboarding and offboarding tasks. (50%)
2. Payroll Processing: Managing weekly payroll and benefits in compliance with Mexican labor laws, verifying employee hours and payments, and resolving discrepancies in coordination with payroll vendors. (40%)
3. Employee Record Maintenance: Manage employee files, support HR projects and initiatives, facilitate employee communications related to recruitment, payroll, and other HR matters, and ensure alignment with headquarters’ policies. (10%)
Basic Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree
Major: Human resources management, Business management
Hands-on experience: Relevant experience 2 years and above
