The Role: Customer Advocate Representative
We’re seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Customer Advocate Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to turn conversations into closed business. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue and accelerating conversions through real-time live chat interactions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is both a product expert and a consultative seller—someone who can quickly identify customer needs, propose strategic solutions, and influence purchasing decisions at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue through live chat by identifying buying signals, offering product insights, and turning interest into sales.
* Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring satisfaction and success at every interaction.
* Own the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to closed deal.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with the customer’s business goals.
* Meet or exceed chat-to-close targets, monthly revenue quotas, and other KPIs.
* Respond to chats within 30 seconds and emails within 4 hours with accuracy and professionalism.
* Follow up on opportunities identified through customer support, feature requests, or product updates.
* Serve as the voice of the customer internally, working with Product and Sales to enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, sales, retail, etc.).
* Proven track record as a top performer in your current or previous roles.
* Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
* Strong customer empathy with a focus on problem-solving and delivering value.
* Excellent written communication skills, especially in chat or email-based settings.
* Quick learner with a natural ability to understand new technologies and adapt to change.
* Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
