About the Rol
The Technical Publications Engineer is responsible of assuring that external documentation (OEM, Authorities, customers and regulatory organizations); is available and updated for SAESAs maintenance activities. Is also responsible of the habilitation of personnel in rosters. Manages the RAM (Record Archive Management). Participates in external audits and performs as internal auditor.
Responsibilities
- Controls the documental quality system through Qdoc software
- In conjunction with the training chief, carry on the habilitation of personnel in rosters and keep them current.
- Manages the RAM in accordance with Safran requirements

- Verify that that Quality System is followed and updated as required
- Works with other areas in the review and preparation of internal procedures, assure its compliance with Company's Policies and the Authority requirements
- Participate in Quality Investigations & establish root causes of non-conformities & customer complains.
- Performs internal or external audits of different areas.
- Participates in the document approval flows according to his/her approval privileges for each document
- Suggests improvements to quality management system processes.
- Guides and follows customers audits from planning and logistics to finding clousur
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Advanced English - C1
- Documental Quality Management System knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience on products Quality control
- Experience as internal/external auditor
- Knowledge of applicable standards (ISO, Aeronautical, Industrial), aeronautical manuals (AMM, ES; CMM) Problem solving tools: 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8Ds
