core responsibilities
* recruit and train sdrs and patient-care coordinator sales teams
* coach, train, and evaluate team performance
* set and track sales targets
* establish and monitor kpis to optimize the sales funnel
* conduct sales analysis, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
* incorporate feedback to identify product enhancements and supporting materials
* research and implement methods to increase customer engagement
required qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in inside sales, with 2+ years managing sales teams
* strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
* deep understanding of the sales process
* analytical and highly organized
* ambitious, driven, and committed to success
* skilled in identifying, supporting, and retaining top sales talent
* bi-lingual (spanish/english) and bi-cultural
* needs to be highly respected as he is going to be training sales doctors and older people
preferred qualifications (bonus points)
* speaks both english and spanish skills
* experience living outside your home country
* background in selling medical and/or dental treatments
* familiarity with us/canadian markets
* personal experience in health or dental care
* who has experience building a sales team from ground up
* the candidate will manage more than 10 people under his care
