job purpose
provide administrative and academic records support to the school, ensuring the correct management of official documentation, student records, and processes related to secretaría de educación pública (sep), as well as supporting the ministry of education liaison and school administration in all paperwork related to student enrollment, certification, and academic documentation.
responsibilities
* manage and prepare official student documentation required by secretaría de educación pública (sep).
* support the ministry of education liaison in processes related to sep paperwork, reports, and official requirements.
* process student registrations, withdrawals, transfers, and official records in sep systems. Follow up with families for pending paperwork (ex. Curp).
* prepare academic letters, certificates, transcripts, and official school documents requested by parents.
* maintain updated student files and ensure proper documentation according to sep regulations.
* support division secretaries with academic and official paperwork when required.
* ensure that all academic documentation complies with sep regulations and school policies.
* upload and verify information in official platforms required by sep or school systems.
* assist in the organization of re-enrollment and enrollment documentation.
* provide administrative support for school events related to academic records or official documentation.
* coordinate with different departments to collect required information for official reports.
* support the preparation of documentation at the beginning, during, and end of the school year.
* maintain confidentiality of all student and institutional records.
