job summary
we are looking for 4 experienced senior consultants to support a critical logistics and industrialization project for a major automotive client. This 6-month assignment (with possible extension) focuses on ensuring process stability, production ramp-up support, and oee improvement for key suppliers to avoid supply shortages and safeguard production.
key responsibilities
- ensure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems
- monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks
- support ramp-up production planning and supplier readiness toward sop
- calculate and track oee (overall equipment effectiveness); identify main disruptors
- define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines
- present daily performance indicators and reports to our customer
- assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures
- track production volume versus oem requirements and report deviations proactively
- support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem-solving coaching
- be available for on-site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary
required qualifications & skills
- proven senior-level experience in the automotive industry
- vda certification (a must)
- expertise in industrialization and technology transfer
- deep knowledge in logistics and supply chain management
- experience with critical suppliers and strong problem-solving capabilities
- leadership mindset with an objective-driven, hands-on approach
- excellent communication and reporting skills for management-level stakeholders
- high resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- fluent in english
