we are strengthening our team in sales & commercial management (cmo) at our el salto location.
what you can look forward to as sr commercial analyst:
* implement best practices for the quote process across all products. Track input, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and adherence to guidelines.
* drive customer profitability tracking from pre-launch to production. Analyze and report results quarterly to improve performance.
* monitor market indices like raw materials and fx. Analyze cost versus recovery and compile pain/gain summaries.
* manage claim tracking using tools and conduct regular meetings. Collaborate on major claims to improve transparency and reporting.
* oversee pricing budgets and align them with sales and product line strategies globally.
* implement commercial tools, processes, and methods in coordination with product lines and corporate teams.
* collaborate with the sales academy on global training initiatives.
* contribute to commercial system improvements and participate in special projects.
your profile as sr commercial analyst:
* at least 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience within the automotive industry is a plus.
* collaborative and decision-oriented, interacting with internal stakeholders across functions, prioritizing activities, and liaising with division and corporate levels as required.
* fully bilingual – position reports to europe.
* strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* excellent analytical skills for driving analysis, deriving insights, and making recommendations.
* leadership and communication skills across countries and cultures.
* strong global network throughout all regions and the central sales organization.
* solid background in finance and accountability.
