Events coordinator (remote)location: remote/home office reports to: ceo schedule: monday–friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm est travel: opportunities to travel to the usa and represent caa. Candidates must have a valid, up-to-date visa and active travel authorization. Compensation: competitive annual salary ranging from $25,000 – $30,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Previous full-time events coordination experience is required. About the role caa is growing — and we're looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed, relationship-driven events coordinator to help bring our national events to life. This is not a "clipboard and checklist" role. This is a high-visibility position at the heart of our organization. We are caa! About us: what you'll do event strategy & execution plan and manage all event logistics (venue coordination, seating, catering, travel, materials, timelines) oversee staff travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) ensure caa materials and branding assets are delivered and set up properly print and prepare attendee badges with accuracy and professionalism attend events to ensure flawless execution anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they arise manage multiple events happening within close date ranges vendor & sponsor management build and maintain strong relationships with venues, hotels, caterers, and vendors ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled to the highest standard oversee sponsor engagement tables, banners, and activations when needed keep every event on budget and track financial reporting promotion & attendance growth collaborate with the digital marketing team on linkedin, eventbrite, and email promotions work closely with sales on launch conference rsvps pull invite lists and personally invite clients via phone and email drive attendance and ticket sales to meet and exceed goals what you bring proven full-time experience in events coordination exceptional organizational and logistical skills strong budgeting and cost-management experience excellent communication and relationship-building abilities comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset ability to travel frequently (up to 20 times per year) confidence operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment you're: highly organized resourceful and proactive detail-driven comfortable owning projects end-to-end energized by connection and collaboration what we offer extensive training & ongoing professional development mentorship program competitive holiday and earned time off (eto) summer early fridays paid parental leave volunteerism leave team member referral bonus meaningful networking opportunities nationwide why caa?
