responsibilities
* lead the cross-functional franchise medical team to ensure optimal collaboration within the country and global teams.
* strategically influence and collaborate with senior leaders of different functions and other external relevant partners to support the medical product plans, clinical development, scientific communications and medical expert engagement plans
* provide coaching and talent development opportunities to direct reports and managing performance reviews
* drive and role model the culture and values and behaviors of the company accross their teams
* maintain and drive the standards of medical and scientific excellence in the country franchise through recruitment, training development and technical development of associates.
