Responsibilities own client accounts as the lead point of contact set clear timelines, manage deliverables, and align internal teams run virtual client success calls, presenting campaign results in client-friendly language translate client goals into actionable tasks for media and creative teams track and report on kpis (roas, cac, ltv, ctr, etc.) and interpret what the numbers mean for the business review ad account performance regularly and flag opportunities or concerns before clients ask proactively communicate results, insights, and opportunities troubleshoot roadblocks and ensure fast resolution of issues understand and manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball communicate like a pro — written, spoken, async, and live thrives under pressure, moving quickly without sacrificing quality explain key metrics (roas, cpa, cpm, ctr, conversion rates) and their impact on client success requirements and fit 2 years of experience in an agency or client services role managing paid ad clients ability to read, interpret, and communicate facebook ads and google ads performance data to clients in simple terms experience managing multiple accounts without missing deliverables strong communication skills across written, spoken, async, and live formats ability to work in latam and align with pst hours coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to build something great avoids heavy-handed support and is able to work autonomously nice to have familiarity with agency tools (e.g., agency analytics, supermetrics, slack, notion, loom) experience with high-performing teams and fast-paced environments compensation & perks elite clients: you’ll work with brands doing $100k–$1m/mo real mentorship: direct access to our ceo & senior strategists ownership: you won’t be micromanaged; you’ll be trusted team culture: a-players only, no fluff, no politics agency analytics & supermetrics for reporting slack & notion for streamlined ops loom for async creative reviews & feedback quarterly health & wellness stipend (gym or massages) remote work forever quarterly office stipend flexible pto we shut down completely for christmas & new year quarterly personal development budget for books, courses, or coaching fast-growing team, ownership, and an environment that rewards high performance weekly strategy reviews with our founder or senior performance leads access to premium marketing training libraries and courses internal playbooks sops from successful campaigns we’re a lean, high-performance team that geeks out over offers, hooks, angles, marketing, and ai.
