*mission*:
identify, engage, and qualify potential clients to fuel the sales pipeline and support the growth of rocket code in the mexican market.
*responsibilities*:
- *lead generation and qualification*:
- conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
- qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing if they align with rocket code’s offerings.
- *pipeline development*:
- build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating and qualifying leads.
- schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the business development executive (bde) and sales team.
- *collaboration*:
- work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and leverage resources to engage potential clients.
- provide detailed lead information and insights to the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
- *client engagement*:
- establish strong relationships with prospects, acting as the first point of contact to represent rocket code professionally and effectively.
- address initial inquiries and provide basic information about rocket code’s products and services.
- *market insights*:
- stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better understand the needs of potential clients.
- share insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
- *reporting*:
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the crm system.
- report on lead generation metrics and progress toward goals.
*requirements*:
- *education*:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- *experience*:
- at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- experience in the technology or b2b sector is a plus.
- *skills and competencies*:
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- excellent research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
- proactive and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- familiarity with crm tools (e.g., hubspot, salesforce) and sales automation software is an advantage.
- *languages*:
- fluent in spanish; basic proficiency in english is preferred.
- *work modality*:
- onsite role in monterrey, nuevo león.
