You will:
- provide group and 1:1 wellness support to contributors managing sensitive projects.
- assess team wellness needs and develop a comprehensive wellness program
- develop and maintain a repository of self-care wellness resources.
- support the hr team in staff onboarding and off-boarding.
- support the training team to develop a curriculum for personal development and wellness programs.
- develop mechanisms to assess well-being management and identify any trends to advise strategies to manage and enhance employee wellness.
- conduct administrative duties as needed, including reporting.
- govern execution of wellness activities to ensure that professionalism, code of ethics, confidentiality are maintained.
- be the ambassador for wellbeing within scale and its partners.
Ideally you'd have:
- bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- master’s degree in a related field or currently attending a master’s program
- you hold, or are working towards, licensure as a counselor or a talk therapist.
- experience working with a young multicultural workforce in remote environments.
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain neutrality, impartiality, and confidentiality in all aspects of work undertaken.
- ability to handle issues with empathy.
- excellent skills in organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and needs and willingness to work across different shifts.
