line supervisor is mainly responsible for controlling and coordinating online resources to achieve various production kpi targets and tasks assigned by section manager.basic duties:
daily staff morning meeting, publicize precautions and problem points, etc.
Confirm the attendance status of personnel every day, coordinate personnel within the group, and confirm the status of manpower organization
confirm the production scheduling status with pc every day
confirm the abnormal situation with the pc every day, and the production capacity is up to standard
internal review meetings on production capacity, wps, non-performing, etc.
Confirm the 5s status of the production line
confirm hourly production capacity & quality achievement status
follow the line to confirm the production-related problems and abnormal handling
confirm with pc that the shipment will be delivered in time
confirmation of unfinished work orders, timely warehousing and closing of cases

Engaged in electronic product manufacturing and production management for more than 3 years experience.others importants factors:
