Overview
Senior Lead Recruiter responsible for collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications; evaluating and communicating systems requirements; and partnering with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet quality criteria. Bilingual Spanish and English required; deep knowledge in payments applications and banking/processing backoffice is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management, departments and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
- Perform discovery of the customer\'s current process, solution or platform.
- Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and standard solutions.
- Develop analyses and documentation; communicate effectively with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure requirements are delivered according to customer quality criteria.
- Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.
Must have
- Identifying and building end-user requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent)
- Deep knowledge in payments applications
- Knowledge in banking or processing backoffice
- Great knowledge and experience on ISO 8583
- Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification process, policies and workflow
- Experience in business rules for payments applications
- High proficiency in business requirement writing
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge in one of the following applications: IST Switch Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator (functional point of view)
