we are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join a dynamic team and help drive our growth in the polymer resin sector.
job responsibilities:
- develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the polymer resin market, specifically pp and pe.
- promote and sell our range of polymer resins to manufacturers, distributors, and other customers in various industries.
- understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for pp and pe resin applications.
- identify new business opportunities and markets for pp and pe resins.
- work closely with the marketing and technical teams to stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and follow-up.
- prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers.
- negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business.
- achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
qualifications:
- proven experience in sales, no less than 4 years in the polymer, plastics industry.
- strong knowledge of polypropylene (pp) and polyethylene (pe) resins and their applications in various industries.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- a results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- a bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, polymer science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- familiarity with crm systems and sales reporting tools.
- valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
