our ecommerce company is seeking a senior operations manager to lead and improve our operational systems, manage complex projects, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the business.
responsibilities:
- oversee daily operations: ensure workflows are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the company objectives.
- lead projects: manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing timelines, tasks, and teams.
- issue resolution: quickly resolve high-priority issues, including internal escalations and external customer problems.
- collaborative efforts: work closely with customer support, logistics, and product teams to streamline processes.
- performance monitoring: track kpis and operational performance; use data to recommend improvements.
- ecommerce management: support and manage the companys shopify infrastructure and ecommerce performance.
- vendor relations: act as a key point of contact for vendor relations and third-party tool management.
- purchase support: assist buyers and sellers in finalizing purchases, including documentation and resolving issues.
- continuous improvement: drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.
requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant operations and project management experience, ideally in ecommerce.
- strong background in customer service operations and conflict resolution.
- fluent english speaker with excellent communication skills.
- proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering on complex projects.
- highly organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
