Application Production Support - Remote in Mexico
Responsibilities
- Application Support experience at L1/L2 level
- Exposure to a Production Support 24/7 environment
- Knowledge of Unix, Shell Scripting, Java, SQL, MQ and Cloud technologies
- Experience in Incident Management and Escalations
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Moogsoft, ThousandEyes, Orion, and ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Experience in L1/L2 application support
- Ability to work in a 24/7 production support environment
- Proficiency with Unix, Shell scripting, Java, SQL, MQ and cloud technologies
- Experience with incident management and escalation procedures
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (AppDynamics, Moogsoft, ThousandEyes, Orion, ServiceNow)
