spencer clarke group is seeking a passionate eyfs teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in liverpool from september 2025. This full-time role runs for the academic year and offers the chance to make a lasting impact at the start of children's educational journey.

role and responsibilities
* plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the eyfs framework.
* create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
* support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development.
* build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
* use a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse needs.
* collaborate with the eyfs team, senco, and external professionals to ensure inclusion.

requirements
* qualified teacher status (qts) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* experience or strong interest in teaching eyfs.
* knowledge of the eyfs statutory framework and early years pedagogy.
* excellent communication skills and ability to engage and inspire learners.
* patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach.
* enhanced dbs check on the update service (or willingness to obtain).
