Objective
- ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
- guarantee that warehouse operations effectively support the relevant departments.
responsibilities
- manage planned work according to the schedule.
- collaborate with the sales department to ensure demand fulfillment.
- coordinate with the purchasing department to guarantee that materials meet production requirements.
- analyze material status for work orders, highlighting critical or scarce materials that may affect production.
- maintain the new project routing, production version, execute cost calculations, and release them.
- calculate estimated monthly revenue and analyze the causes of potential delays.
- verify the status of work orders, control waiting times, manage small orders, and close old ones.
- expedite urgent batches ("hot lots") and work with corresponding areas to resolve issues.
- correct monthly cost discrepancies.
- update standard times (std) in saf.
- create and maintain work centers as needed; control the standardization of production routings.
- establish job hierarchy and set capacity.
- execute engineering changes (ecn) in sap.
- timely close work orders once completed.
- improve team capability and competencies.
- ensure that pps team operations align with company policy.
- perform other duties assigned by the operations director.
job requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or economics.
- over 5 years of experience in planning processes, material control, and warehouse management.
- over 3 years of experience in electronics industry (pcba/wha)
- advanced knowledge of microsoft office (especially excel).
- proficiency in sap (required)
- advanced english (required).
