Overviewwe are looking for a financial analyst to join our finance team.
this role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and supporting strategic business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.responsibilitiesprepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, including p&l and balance sheet planning.develop financial models and projections to support business planning and decision-making.evaluate the financial impact of new projects, investments, and product launches.partner with sales, operations, and procurement teams to understand financial implications and improve business performance.prepare cash flow projections and perform cash flow analysis.support internal and external audit activities.identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.qualificationsbachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, fp&a, corporate finance, or controlling.advanced excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; macros are a plus).
experience working with erp systems such as sap, oracle, or similar.intermediate to advanced english.strong analytical and problem-solving skills.excellent attention to detail and communication skills.ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.preferred experienceownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles.financial reporting.profitability analysis.experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus.
