Director of sales & marketing | luxury resort – cancun
we are currently seeking a director of sales & marketing to lead the commercial strategy of an international luxury resort located in cancun.
we are looking for a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, capable of elevating the hotel's positioning in key markets (u.s., mexico, and latam), optimizing segment mix, and strengthening brand presence within the luxury segment.
key responsibilities:
* design and execution of the overall sales and marketing strategy
* leadership of sales, revenue, and marketing teams
* development of key accounts and strategic partnerships
* optimization of distribution channels and commercial performance
* close collaboration with operations and revenue management
ideal profile:
* previous experience in a commercial leadership role within luxury or upper upscale hospitality
* strong knowledge of international markets and high-end segmentation
* proven track record in demand generation and revenue growth
* inspirational leadership style with a collaborative approach
* advanced english proficiency required
