Position objectivesupport the entire operation on second shift, not limited to production, logistic, maintenance, etcensure the discipline to support day shift managers to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets. Responsible for escalating and reporting the main events that occurred during the second shift operation and being in contact with the manager and director involved.roles & responsibilities: support all operations in the plant, and coordinates the work of all departments through familiarity with all processes; continual awareness of customer shipping requirements from shipping deparment, work schedules and quality levels.responsible for identification, implementation and verification of continuous improvement opportunities(previously aligned with the manager in charge).conducts plant inspections (gembas) to ensure safe work practices, good quality processes, and efficient practices; by visual observations, memos, personal guidance and if necessary, corrective actions.responsible for the support to implement and compliance with brpms standards, including the targets of get evaluation that are on place at the moment.responsible for supporting the overall quality objectives of the production fabrication/assembly.has the authority and responsibility to identify quality problems and take appropriate action including halting production, determining root cause and initiating corrective action in order to prevent reoccurrence(aligned with the manager in charge). The position that guides and implements preventive actions in order to improve quality and productivity indicators.acts as a liaison with managers and staff and effectively communicate relevant information to those who need to know.displays a leadership style that is consistent with the company's values and management philosophy.understanding and leading hse practices, which are applicable to job functions within thesecond shift operation.ensures compliance with all safety procedures and ensures safe working procedures inassigned production areas.make sure that the tool related to employee experience in there are are corrected follow up by the team (officevibe, happiness index, etc)support finance administration of the departments, making sure to reach the targets established on the different forecast and budget reviews.
