*actividades y conocimientos requeridos*:
- coordina, supervisa y dirige las tareas de mantenimiento
- elaboración de presupuesto
- gestiona materiales y herramientas para los mantenimientos
- excelente manejo de personal local y remoto
- control de gastos e incidencias
- conocimientos en mantenimiento general (preventivos y correctivos) y manejo de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento.
- atención a auditorias
- supervisión técnica de trabajos de sistemas hvac y electromecánicos
- estimar tiempos de respuesta
- elaboración de reportes
- verificar que se cumpla las normas de seguridad e higiene
