Job description we are looking for a us patient campaign manager based in mexico to join our team and support end-to-end omnichannel patient campaign execution for one of our key pharmaceutical clients.
this role combines project management, hands-on work in salesforce marketing cloud (sfmc), and close collaboration with market teams, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders.
main responsibilities coordinate workflows, timelines, and deliverables across business, it, agencies, and execution partners.
support campaign setup in salesforce marketing cloud (email studio, journey builder, content uploads).
upload, configure, and qa campaign assets (html, templates, links, rendering).
work directly with market teams to understand patient strategy and execution needs.
help transition tasks from external agencies to internal teams.
maintain documentation and ensure governance and compliance with us patient guidelines.
requirements professional experience strong experience in project management, preferably coordinating cross-functional teams.
1–2 years of hands-on experience with salesforce marketing cloud (sfmc), especially email studio and journey builder.
experience in digital marketing activation, crm, or omnichannel execution.
experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma) is a plus.
technical skills working knowledge of salesforce marketing cloud functionalities: email studio journey builder content/html uploads basic audience configuration familiarity with omnichannel marketing workflows and digital asset processes.
ability to troubleshoot minor implementation or rendering issues.
soft skills proactive, curious, and comfortable "touching and exploring" tools to understand how they work.
strong communication skills for interaction with market teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
flexible and adaptable as responsibilities transition from agencies to internal teams.
