*your tasks*
carrying out repairs, maintenance, servicing and improvements on power supply systems and technical building
equipment.
- replacing defective components, putting systems into operation and handing them over to users.
- carrying out troubleshooting and eliminating the causes of faults on systems with mechanical, hydraulic and
pneumatic components.
- preparing service parts according to drawings, sketches and samples.
- installing additional mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on systems (drawings, sketches,
verbal agreements).

- technical skills: knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair.
- organization: ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
- communication: good interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and contractors.
- problem-solving: quick thinking to address unexpected issues or emergencies.
- attention to detail: ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and order.
*typical qualifications*:
- *qualification for technical college.
- experience in facility maintenance or related fields (e.g., custodial work, hvac, etc.).
- knowledge of relevant safety codes and building regulations.
