your role: sales manager as a
sales manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for your region, focusing on two key areas: driving new client acquisition
to meet financial targets. Strengthening relationships
with existing partners to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in expanding roiback’s presence, representing our brand, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
key responsibilities continuously analyze the market to identify new business opportunities. Define and implement strategic plans to approach and convert targeted hotel clients. Negotiate and close commercial agreements with hotels and hotel chains. Develop strategic partnerships to expand roiback’s footprint in the region. Represent roiback at industry events, acting as a brand ambassador. Conduct regular client visits and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention. Re-negotiate existing agreements when needed to align with evolving client needs. Report regularly on performance, market trends, and strategic progress to regional leadership. Coordinate and support the team in commercial presentations, negotiations, and portfolio optimization.
