about the role
we are looking for an area sales manager, international sales – latam to help expand our presence across latin america through distributors and export partners. This is a strategically important individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys building business in complex, high-potential markets.
you will be responsible for developing partner relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and strengthening our route-to-market across latam. This role requires commercial ownership, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a challenging but rewarding geography.
key responsibilities include:
drive sales growth across latam through distributors and channel partners
develop and manage partner relationships across the region
identify new business opportunities and routes to market
support partners with commercial guidance and market development
track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
collaborate with internal teams to support regional growth
your profile
you are a commercially minded, self-driven sales professional with experience in distributor or channel management, ideally within a technical or scientific environment.
you likely bring:
experience in international sales, business development, or channel management
proficiency in sales and crm software (hubspot)
strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
the ability to work independently and navigate market complexity
experience in laboratory, chemical, consumables, or related sectors is a plus
fluency in english, spanish and/or portuguese, is a must
willingness to travel internationally as needed
