*about the role*:
we are seeking a qualified quality & compliance manager to oversee gxp services and ensure adherence to quality standards across our operational sites.
in this role, you will manage the quality management system (qms), facilitate compliance with both local and global regulatory standards, and support our client's quality assurance team in routine quality operations.
*key responsibilities*:
- manages the day-to-day quality and compliance aspects with the operations team at the account site.
monitors gxp operations at the site and determines compliance status regarding local and global regulatory standards, as well as client-specific requirements defined in the master service agreement (msa) or quality agreement.
- acts as local spoc to the training aspects, and when needed, will be responsible for the delivery of face-to-face/classroom training.
- supports all aspects of the cbre quality management system (qms), ensuring continuous improvement, accurate communication, and roll-out of oversight aspects required by that qms in each site below responsibility.
- ensure execution of all master service agreement and quality agreement deliverables.
- act as the local point of contact for training related to quality aspects.
- support the implementation and continuous improvement of the cbre qms.
- manage local quality-related projects and collaborate with the client's quality assurance team.
- conduct gemba walks and gxp performance management activities to foster a quality culture.
- oversee vendor qualification processes and report project progress to the quality leadership team.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, pharmacy, biomedicine, chemistry, or engineering
- fully bilingual
- minimum of 5+ years of experience in a quality role within the life sciences, pharmaceutical or related industries.
- strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
