the opportunity
the role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support merchandising execution and decision‐making across 17 countries. This position plays a critical role in consolidating performance data against the annual operating plan (aop), ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and opportunities through structured reporting and analytics.
in addition, the role is expected to leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyze large datasets, create dynamic dashboards, and translate data into insights that accelerate and improve decision‐making. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to clearly communicate insights to diverse stakeholders are essential.
overall, success in this role depends on strong data management, analytical capabilities, cross‐functional collaboration, and a high level of ownership to ensure information accuracy, consistency, and business relevance across the region.
your impact
as sales asst analyst your functions would consist of
* create and keep harmonized sap codes for latam and mexico
* keep installation and inventory reports data updated for the different reports in latam
* maintain the installation databases updated for the generation of valuable insights
* ensure and update the data information for the monthly scorecard from the 17 countries
* analyze data and create new visualizations to be able to display it

* bachelor degree: business administrator / industrial engineering
* medium to advanced excel knowledge
* experience in monitoring and reporting information (preferred)
* power bi (preferred)
* fluent english
