*about this opportunity*:
we are now looking for a preemptive services support engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers.
in this role, you will fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
you will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks!
the support engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the service delivery organization.
you may also interact with groups in sales, r&d, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.

handle customer issues
handle dedicated support
handle preemptive support in communication service provided and mobility private networks
mentor remote service gateway (rsg)
working with use cases (scripts)
f2f interaction with customer
develop and learning about artificial intelligence to provide our services
*you will bring*:
education: bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent engineering degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years confirmed experience
integration expertise (is a must)
3g, 4g & 5g ran demonstrated ability
python
software deployment experience
engineering expertise
excellent presentation, negotiation, & argumentation skills
consultative skills
problem solving skills
planning & organizing skills
delivering results & meeting customer expectations
presentation & communication skills
data analytics knowledge
hld, lld, sid experience (plus)
