the ideal candidate is aresearch-driven professional with a deep understanding of executiverecruitment, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
keyresponsibilities: - strategic sourcing: utilize multiple sourcingmethods (linkedin, executive databases, industry events,professional networks, referrals, etc.)
to identify top executivetalent.
- market intelligence: conduct market research to mapexecutive talent in targeted industries and provide insights ontrends and competitors.
- candidate engagement: develop andmaintain relationships with potential executive candidates,ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- pre-screening &qualification: conduct initial outreach and pre-screeninginterviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, leadershipcapabilities, and interest level.
- collaboration with executiverecruiters: partner closely with executive recruiters and hiringmanagers to understand role requirements and refine sourcingstrategies.
- talent database management: maintain an organized andup-to-date database of executive candidates for current and futurehiring needs.
- employer branding & outreach: represent thecompany in executive networking events, conferences, and onlinecommunities to attract top talent.
qualifications & experience:- proven experience in executive talent sourcing, headhunting,executive search or similar - strong expertise in boolean search,market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- exceptionalcommunication and relationship-building skills to engage withsenior-level candidates.
- ability to assess executive competenciesand leadership potential.
- experience with linkedin recruiter, atssystems, and other sourcing tools.
- a background in retainedexecutive search, corporate executive recruiting, or talentintelligence is highly preferred.
