requirements
* education: administration or similar engineering.
* 2 - 3 years of experience.
* advanced english.
* living near to celaya gto or around.
your tasks:
* management for hotel books flightsrental car executive transfers management of frequent flyer accounts upgrades and changes in tickets.
* expense management and verification updating files reports and records.
* attend to special visitors: clients suppliers etc. Good communication with corporate and clients
* purchase and manage office supplies (cafeteria stationery and general supplies) to maintain optimal stock levels.
* receive invoices and the supplier portal.
* create and track purchase orders.
* organize special events.
* manage key performance indicators.
