We’re looking for a *sales support specialist* (entry-level, on-site) to join our sales team in ciudad juárez. In this bilingual role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting with customer proposals. This is a full-time, in-office position with strong growth potential within our sales organization.
*responsibilities*
- prepare and manage detailed product quotations using crm/erp systems.
- contact suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and product information.
- track pending quotes and ensure updates are shared with the sales team.
- support sales operations through data entry, reporting, and order processing.
- maintain organized records and ensure product/customer data is up to date.
- collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
*requirements*:
- bilingual (english/spanish), written and spoken.
- strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- proficient in microsoft office (especially excel) and comfortable with crm/erp systems.
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles.
- strong communication and teamwork skills.
- proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about industrial products.
- high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $13,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
