As a sales coordinator, you'll gain hands-on experience with the full sales process while working side-by-side with the director of sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on details, enjoys supporting a fast-paced team, and wants to develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow within sales and hospitality.
responsibilities:
* create and manage all group profiles in fosse.
* input rooming lists and set up group master accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
* generate and distribute group reservation links (res-links)
* prepare detailed group resumes and banquet event orders to ensure seamless execution of events.
* review group pick-up reports, monitor cut-off dates, and proactively follow up with clients via email.
* enter actual group pick-up details into crm systems.
* upload and maintain all signed contracts within crm for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
* conduct internet research and prospecting to identify potential new group business opportunities.
job requirements
the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hotel experience. Marriott experience is preferred but not required.
