reporting to the area manager,
the enrollment advisor agrees to provide business development services in the assigned area, which include but are not limited to:
- follow the leads from the first contact up to the enrollment with different channels as calls, emails, instant messaging, etc...
- follow accurately the journey of the lead per the defined process on the crm system maintaining accurate and timely updates and documentation on the system
- supporting the area manager with weekly reports pertaining to the activities undertaken
- being accountable to stay up to date on all ongoing campaigns and events and advising leads on this.
- join the promotional events organized in order to support and maximize the enrollment campaign.
requirements:
ba/ma in languages, communication, marketing, economics
c1 level of english
spanish motherthongue
customer-oriented, precise, highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cope with stressful situations
