who we’re looking for: we are not just hiring recruiters — we are hiring recruitment specialists who: · ✅ have 6–12+ months of hands-on experience recruiting for the u.s. market, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and expectations. · ✅ are experts in high-volume recruiting, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with speed and precision. · ✅ can own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, resume optimization, and conducting structured interviews. · ✅ are kpi-driven and thrive under performance metrics — our standard is to fill roles in under 24 hours. · ✅ are tech-savvy, with strong command of excel, word, databases, and ats platforms (speed and accuracy are key). · ✅ speak fluent english (c1/c2 level preferred) — you’ll be engaging with u.s. candidates daily. · ✅ have prior experience in international call centers (e.g., amex, teleperformance, icc), which is a strong advantage. · ✅ live within reasonable commuting distance to torre manacar and have reliable transportation — punctuality is non-negotiable.
