Job responsibilities
teacher is expected to prepare lessons with rigid textbooks, teach lessons, assign and correct homework, prepare tests and help students with tests.
working hours: monday‑friday 8:00‑12:00; 14:00‑18:00; maximum of 25 lessons per week. Each lesson is 40‑45 minutes. Senior high school subject position requires self‑study counselling twice a week from 19:00 to 21:30.
student age: high school (age 15‑18).
start date: asap – september 2026.

* possesses a solid foundation in the english language and is proficient in delivering instruction in english.
* possess a firm grasp of contemporary english teaching theory and methodology, coupled with sound teaching abilities and classroom management skills.
* have good communication skills, organisational abilities and a spirit of teamwork.
* be able to proactively learn and apply new teaching concepts and technologies.
* candidates with qualifications in english teaching or education‑related fields, and those holding a teaching qualification certificate, will be given priority.
candidate requirements
* monthly salary 23k‑25k before tax – bachelor or master degree with related major (english, literature, education, etc.). More than 3 years high‑school full‑time teaching experience on campus + pgce/state teacher certification. Clean health/criminal background to obtain chinese work visa.

teaching duties
1. responsible for english teaching duties, developing specific teaching plans and classroom activities in accordance with the school’s teaching programme and textbooks.
2. employ dynamic and engaging teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest, cultivate english listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and emphasize english cultural awareness and critical thinking.
3. actively participate in the school’s teaching and research activities, continuously enhance training standards, refine methods, and explore more effective models.
4. review students’ assignments conscientiously, provide timely feedback, and offer individualized tutoring.
5. participate in all teaching activities organised by the school, such as open lessons and teaching competitions.
6. assist the school in managing the english subject, including textbook selection and resource development.
students management duties
1. maintain classroom discipline and foster a conducive learning environment.
2. pay attention to individual differences among students, tailor teaching to their abilities, assist in overcoming learning difficulties and enhance interest.
3. maintain effective communication with parents, provide timely feedback, and collaborate to resolve learning difficulties.
other duties
* participate in school‑organised activities such as sports day, cultural festival, and english club.
* complete any other tasks assigned by management.
