We are looking for a quality, product development and product management coordinator to lead the development and improvement of products in the casa & estilo, beauty consultancy and creer para ver categories in latam, with a strong technical and quality focus and a clear orientation to the consultant and end-consumer experience. Key responsibilities manage and follow up on non-conformities / warehouse rejections (rnc), defining and implementing action plans directly with suppliers. Perform and coordinate apc tests on the current portfolio and on new developments. Map and propose technical improvements to existing products and new products, considering performance, quality and consumer safety. Evaluate and validate technical specifications for each product and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Evaluate and align panoplies / product sets and associated materials with suppliers. Review individual labels (name, code, instructions for use, warnings, etc.). Upload and keep technical data sheets (ft) and volumetric data updated in the system prior to warehouse inspection. Actively participate in innovation week and in weekly product development follow-up meetings/committees. Approve and manage physical and digital product standards. Follow up on quarterly technical requirements for raw materials and finished products, in coordination with suppliers. Analyze improvement opportunities in developments based on occurrence a (consumer complaints) and occurrence b (logistics deviations). Identify and prioritize critical suppliers, define structural plans and monitor their performance. Coordinate supplier visits and follow-up, ensuring implementation of corrective and improvement actions. Manage blocked products due to quality issues, especially for first-time arrivals. Follow up on actions with l3 and l4 suppliers. In case of claims or product recalls, coordinate with the regional team to implement the defined guidelines. Requirements bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in quality and/or product development areas in consumer goods, non-cosmetics, home, plastics or similar product categories. Non-conformity (rnc) management and product blocks with warehouse and suppliers. Quality management systems (procedures, records, deviation handling, audits). Product development and/or product improvement, from technical evaluation and testing through to warehouse/market release. Direct work with suppliers to define specifications, action plans and follow-up. Knowledge of plastic injection processes and/or similar manufacturing processes. Fragile products and their relationship with packaging and logistics. Root cause analysis, process controls and continuous improvement. Nice to have experience working with suppliers or teams in other latam countries. Participation in continuous improvement projects (rejection reduction, packaging improvement, logistics optimization). Knowledge of iso standards (especially iso 9001). Knowledge of power bi or other data analysis tools. Data analysis and ability to make decisions based on information. Critical thinking and strong technical criteria to uphold quality standards. Decision-making under pressure and solid priority management. Basic statistics applied to quality (trends, recurrence, etc.). Use of it systems and erp preferred (sap, oracle cloud, etc.). Self-management, disciplined follow-up and strong results orientation. Attention to detail and solid documentation practices. Teamwork with marketing, procurement, planning, operations and quality.
