Position profile:
responsible for assessing erp system, surrounding systems, and involved business processes to provide solutions that will improve company operations
specific responsibilities:
requirement gathering: collaborate with business units to gather and document business requirements.
Process analysis: analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Erp configuration: configure the ln erp system to meet business needs and optimize performance.
Implementation support: assist in the implementation of new erp modules and upgrades.
User training: provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the erp system.
Troubleshooting: identify and resolve issues related to the erp system in a timely manner.
Reporting: develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Stakeholder communication: serve as a liaison between business units and the it department to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Required skills and qualifications:
educational background: bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
Erp experience: 4 years+ proven experience with erp systems (infor ln, syteline, microsoft dynamics, sap, netsuite, epicor, totvs or other)
analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical proficiency: familiarity with sql and database management.
Project management: ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Team collaboration: strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Language: english 80% listening and speaking
preferred qualifications:
erp knowlegde: infor ln cloud erp
industry knowledge: experience in manufacturing or supply chain processes.
