Join coinw and help shape the future of crypto in latam region. We're looking for a driven, results-oriented marketing manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across latam region. You'll be the engine that keeps our latam marketing machine running—planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across every touchpoint: social media, paid ads, events, influencers, email, and community.
your role is critical to removing operational roadblocks—so the creative team can focus on storytelling and the growth team can focus on scaling.
responsibilities
* develop and maintain a regional campaign calendar tailored in latam region.
* create detailed project timelines using tools like airtable or excel; assign ownership and manage deadlines.
* track campaign deliverables and dependencies; flag delays and ensure all teams stay on schedule.
* manage the regional marketing budget (covering paid ads, events, kols/influencers, and tools).
* prepare and present monthly spend vs. budget reports.
* source and negotiate with local vendors (event agencies, print shops, media platforms).
* ensure all ad campaigns comply with local regulations (e.g., fsca, cbk, sec ghana).
* coordinate with legal on promotional terms & conditions and maintain signed influencer contracts.
* track kyc completion and maintain audit logs for giveaways and promotions.
qualifications
* hands-on marketing experience in latam region
* solid understanding of digital performance tools: ga4, google data studio, excel pivot tables.
* proven ability to multi-task and manage complex timelines with multiple stakeholders.
* strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; able to work across global teams.
* prior ownership of quarterly marketing budgets between $50,000 and $500,000.
* minimum of 3 years' experience in regional marketing, campaign management, or growth roles—ideally in fintech, crypto, or tech sectors.
