Responsibilities :
develops the vendor business plan and implementation process throughout the organization, leveraging vendor strengths and resources on behalf of the vendor (cisco).
drives sales of the agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives to optimize results.
promotes sales of specific vendors (cisco) when specialized knowledge is required on an account.
works on mid-size and enterprise accounts of moderate complexity (partner size).
grows profitable market share by executing the business unit strategy in full alignment with the plan.
brings solution and service offerings to key customers, including taas.
enables and supports sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
succeeds in negotiating and winning key tenders and large deals.
builds positive relationships and engages with vendors and stakeholders to position td synnex as the “trusted advisor”.
responsible for increasing customer loyalty and profitability.
collaborates with fse and vendors.
supports the development of direct reports and/or divisional business development executives (bdes).
possesses full knowledge of the assigned product/service line.
engages key customers effectively.
coordinates with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
people management and development (where applicable).
in smaller markets, bdm may take on additional responsibilities, e.g., category management.
knowledge, skills, and experience :
* three to five years of relevant experience.
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, business development, or related fields.
