We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position.location: guadalajara, mexicoresponsibilities:oversee in-process and final quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards.lead and support the management of internal quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.direct and facilitate analysis of customer complaints, implementing internal containment actions to mitigate issues.lead the creation, editing, and updating of quality system documents, including cp, fis, and wi.organize and conduct training for subordinates on quality measurement tools and quality control principles.lead and perform annual msa, sir, lpa, and product audits.direct efforts to follow up on incoming material defects, ensuring swift resolution.monitor and address issues related to homemade components, ensuring quality compliance.coordinate and collaborate with the amssj team for support on quality-related queries.timely report any major obstacles encountered on-site to higher management for prompt resolution.qualifications:bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field.proficient in english, with strong capabilities in reading, writing, and speaking.familiarity with 8d problem-solving methodology and the five core tools (ppap, fmea, spc, msa, apqp).
