Role: Technology Sales Capture Manager/Senior Manager
Manages opportunities from sales pursuit to close, developing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients to protect and grow the business. Acts as the point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with clients and internally.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing solutions to complex business problems, requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
2. Setting strategic direction and establishing near-term goals for the area of responsibility.
3. Interacting with senior management at clients and within Accenture, involving negotiation and influence on significant matters.
4. Making decisions and determining objectives and approaches for critical assignments, with potential long-term impact.
5. Managing large teams or work efforts at clients or within Accenture.
6. Participating in origination activities alongside capture responsibilities.
7. Building a pipeline by originating opportunities, qualifying them, and submitting binding bids.
8. Originate and sell deals typically greater than $10M that are cross-client and cross-service groups.
9. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a consulting firm and/or retail organization managing merchandising, marketing, finance, supply chain, digital, analytics, etc. Cross-functional experience is a plus.
- At least 6 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
- At least 6 years of Client Relationship and/or delivery experience.
- Experience using Oracle for Retail; Relex experience is a plus/optional.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large, heavily matrixed company environments.
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management.
- Retail industry experience.
- Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
