key responsibilities
* digital strategies & content development: create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Develop engaging messages that resonate with the target audience.
* production & localization: manage production, localization, approvals, and launch of digital assets; ensure cultural relevance across markets.
* campaign management: coordinate with agencies to develop digital strategies and budgets; oversee social assets performance, test plans, creative development, timelines, execution, and post-mortem analysis.
* integrated communication: maintain constant communication with headquarters to develop integrated campaigns across channels.
* brand collaboration: engage brands to leverage properties and guide them in proposals, dynamics, and materials.
* promotions & experiences: develop promotions with exhibitors that showcase films and products; ensure materials are approved and implemented on time.
* budget management: allocate promotions budgets; work with cfo to set marketing and sales budgets and goals.
* testing & optimization: create and manage a continuous testing structure for paid media campaigns to improve results.
* market research: investigate marketing opportunities, understand consumer needs, identify trends, and lead strategies to meet goals.
* performance monitoring: monitor social media performance and develop strategies to improve engagement and app feature usage.
* reporting: create wrap-up reports for campaigns with insights for future improvements.
