your role on our team as a senior talent business partner, you'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no days are alike.

this role is perfect for those who enjoy balancing multiple priorities while driving impactful changes that align with our strategic goals.
you'll be disruptive through these duties and responsibilities:
- company culture: drive and monitor the company culture to ensure it aligns with our goals and fosters a positive employee experience.
- support leadership & employees: serve as a strategic partner to both employees and supervisors, providing guidance through complex situations and helping resolve escalated issues.
- policy & process optimization: collaborate with local leadership to recommend and implement policy and process improvements that drive operational excellence.
- talent development: partner with talent development to support organizational transitions, career progression planning, and succession planning.
- organizational design: work with talent operations to design and implement job families, career paths, and salary structures.
- talent review: facilitate the talent review process to ensure the organization's talent pipeline supports our long-term goals.
- employee engagement: lead initiatives related to employee engagement and retention, including surveys, skip-level meetings, and stay interviews.
- talent mobility: drive the internal talent mobility process to align talent with evolving business needs.
- staffing needs: collaborate with talent acquisition to identify and address staffing requirements across different business units.
- leadership support: coach leaders on addressing employee performance concerns, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring leadership accountability.
- team leadership: lead and mentor a high-performing talent management team of two individuals.
- organizational development: collaborate with organizational development professionals to continuously assess and improve organizational design and team performance.
- employee experience: work closely with employee engagement and experience managers to enhance the overall employee journey and retention strategies.
- operational insight: partner with operations leaders to align hr strategies with business needs and objectives, ensuring optimal staffing and talent deployment in fast-paced environments.
- additional duties: other duties as assigned.
the experience/tools you bring:
- a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hr, with a focus in manufacturing or operations.
- proven ability to navigate complex employee relations and performance management issues.
- strong background in leadership coaching, employee engagement, and talent development.
- must be fluent in english (please upload resume in english)
