due to our exponential growth in our shared services center, we are looking for our next talented afterhours customer service rep.
responsible for the management and execution of the company's drivers fatigue program, to include accident prevention and fatigued driving prevention

activities:
- assists fleet managers from a fatigue driving prevention standpoint, by analyzing data and training drivers.
- working with fleet managers/ after-hours personnel, directly with drivers requiring progressive intervention on safe and fatigued driving, taking corrective action, providing training etc..
- assist drivers to understand how to prevent accidents and/or incidents that are safety/ fatigue related.
- ensuring that they have proper tools and resources to avoid future accidents.
- perform weather monitoring during periods of inclement weather, primarily during winter months and when active tropical storms are threatening landfall.
