in this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving outbound prospecting efforts, connecting with potential clients, and generating new business opportunities for medtrainer. This is an ideal role for someone looking to break into tech sales and build a long-term career in a high-growth environment.
what you’ll do
master outbound prospecting with 100+ cold calls and emails per day
identify and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach
partner with a high-performing sales team to book demos and support pipeline growth
engage with inbound leads across web, email, and phone channels
maintain accurate and organized records in crm systems (salesforce or similar)
consistently follow up with prospects and manage multiple touchpoints
adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the same
qualifications
0–2 years of experience in b2bsales, client-facing roles, or relevant internships
(bdr/sdr experience is a plus, but not required)
